Fort William L.L.C. has released pre-approved volume submitter defined benefit plans.

Ftwilliam.com, Riverwoods, Ill., says the defined benefit plan templates are available in an adoption agreement/basic plan document format and an "individually designed" format.

Each document includes a summary plan description, according to ftwilliam.com.

Ftwilliam.com is a unit of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, a division of Wolters Kluwer N.V., Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands.

The new ftwilliams.com system includes a batch conversion tool for users who want to convert a large number of plans from the old standard to the new Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 standard, ftwilliam.com says.
