Bravo Health Pennsylvania says it has contracted with Virtua, a hospital system headquartered in Marlton, N.J., to bring 4 hospitals and other medical providers into its network.
The health care insurer, a unit of Bravo Health, Baltimore, provides Medicare Advantage plans in Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Washington, D.C., in addition to Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It also offers Medicare Part D prescription drug plans in 43 states.
"The contract with Virtua greatly enhances our network in South Jersey," said Jason Feuerman, senior vice president and executive director, Bravo Health Pennsylvania.
