The two units of Fidelity Investments that serve the custody needs of RIAs and the clearing needs of independent broker/dealers announced some key changes in its management.

Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services (FIWS), the second-largest provider of trading and custody services to RIAs and TPAs, said that Scott Dell'Orfano, currently VP and head of sales for FIWS, will assume the additional duties of overseeing FIWS's relationship management team. He will continue to report to Michael Durbin, president of FIWS.

Bobbi Masiello, a 24-year Fidelity veteran who most recently led Fidelity's strategic client relationship and emerging client management and sales segment, has been named executive VP of relationship management for National Financial, which counts more than 300 broker/dealer clearing clients. In her new position, she will continue to report to Sanjiv Mirchandani, president of National Financial.

Finally, Ron Fiske, the former Pershing executive who joined Fidelity Institutional in May 2008, will now oversee investment product management for Fidelity's hybrid clients at both FIWS and National Financial. Fiske will report to both Durbin and Mirchandani.
