Bill Mills, vice president of SIA Group, Raleigh, N.C., has been named to the Jacksonville Onslow Committee of 100. The Committee of 100 is a group of business leaders that work to stimulate, encourage and promote economic development in Onslow County. Mills will work with other members of the committee and the county's Office of Economic Development to raise funds to support county efforts for economic development.

"We are proud to have a member of our company join the Committee of 100," said Don Mills, president of SIA Group, a full-service insurance agency with seven offices throughout North Carolina. "The committee members are all dedicated business leaders looking to increase economic activity in our area, and Bill will be a great addition to the team."

The Jacksonville Onslow Committee of 100 aims to create higher paying jobs to retain more transitioning military families in the area, increase the Onslow County tax base, lower personal tax rates and keep more dollars in the local economy. The group also provides an arena for members to influence key business decisions and become a catalyst for new business opportunities.
