Delta Dental of California, San Francisco, has include the options in an updated version of the DeltaCare USA Individual and Family Program.

The updated dental health maintenance organization plans include coverage for a wider range of procedures and define co-payments for a wider range of benefits, including benefits for orthodontics for adults and children.
Dental HMO enrollees face no deductibles or benefit maximums.
