A health account card company has acquired a health account administration software developer.
Evolution Benefits Inc., Avon, Conn., says it will be working with the developer, BEMAS Software Inc., St. Louis, to create an "integrated application for improved Web services."
Evolution Benefits has had a distribution relationship with BEMAS since 2006, and it will be leaving the BEMAS organization in place in St. Louis, the company says.
Evolution Benefits adds that it will keep existing relationships with other software developers, and that BEMAS will continue to support integration of its products with the products of other debit card program managers.
