Sun Life Financial Inc. is marketing an employee assistance program designed for small group benefit plan sponsors.
The Wellesley Hills, Mass.-based U.S. benefits arm of Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, says the new EAP By Design product gives small employers the ability to pick and choose from a menu of EAP options.
The plan, administered by ComPsych Corp., Chicago, is available to employers that offer Sun Life group life and group disability products. The EAP services menu includes legal, financial, work-life and human resources assistance resources. Telephone counseling and health risk assessment services are also on the services menu.
