Golden Gateway Financial has signed an agreement with a large senior citizen community operator to provide a range of financial services to community residents.
Brookdale Senior Living Inc., Nashville, Tenn., picked Golden Gateway Financial, Oakland, Calif., to provide life settlements for its communities, which Brookdale says house 52,000 residents.
"Life settlement transactions can help older Americans afford the services and care they need and deserve," commented Roger Thiele, senior director of product line management for Brookdale.
Brookdale is also putting Golden Gateway's online life settlement calculator on its Web site to help residents calculate how much their policy may be worth.
