The Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission is looking for insurance company representatives and consumers who want to talk about filing process issues.

The IIPRC, Washington, wants the focus group to provide feedback on IIPRC customer service and how well System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing uniform standards are working.

The focus group will meet mainly through conference calls.

The IIPRC expects focus group members to spend about 15 to 20 hours participating in focus group meetings over the course of about 6 months.

At least 4 of the 9 members will come from companies that have paid the current IIPRC annual registration fee, and at least 2 will be consumer representatives, the IIPRC says.
