The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America says its voluntary life plans for smaller businesses will now include WillPrep Services as a value-added feature.

The service gives plan members access to online planning documents and professional assistance with issues related to advanced health care directives, estate taxes, financial and health care powers of attorney, guardianship and conservatorship, trusts, and wills, according to Guardian, New York.

Guardian also says its employer-sponsored group life and disability plans for smaller employers now will include TravelAid access for employees who travel overseas.

TravelAid runs an international emergency response network.

The network can provide multilingual emergency response, medical evacuation and repatriation services around the clock; travel alerts and destination information; pre-travel immunization information; and document replacement services.

The WillPrep and Travel Aid features are typically available to large companies but not to small groups, Guardian says.
