  • 9%: Percentage of income represented by health insurance premiums for an individual who makes $40,000 per year.
  • 8.2 million: Estimated number of older adults who will be uninsured in 2015.
  • 25%: Approximate percentage of uninsured older adults who are self-employed.
  • 26%: Percentage of uninsured older adults who work part-time or part of the year.
