Paul Briand writes on examiner.com that Obama's speech sought to do more than just separate the new president from the previous domestic and foreign policies. It also separate's "himself and his new administration from the petty politics practiced by his baby boomer predecessors."
Ouch.
As Briand notes, "Obama, born in 1961, is a late boomer, and, as such, is often referred to being a part of cuspers, Generation Jones and even the leader of a new generation, Generation Obama.
