Principal Expands Use Of FINEOS System

A large insurer is building on an existing relationship with a technology vendor.

Principal Financial Group Inc., Des Moines, Iowa, has started using the FINEOS Claims system from FINEOS Corp., Dublin, to manage the group disability insurance and group life insurance claims and payment processes, according to FINEOS.

Principal has been using FINEOS Claims to manage individual DI claims since 2005, FINEOS says.
