The group insurance unit at Prudential Financial Inc. has opened a new enrollment support center for voluntary life and disability products.
The facility, in Dresher, Pa., provides call center services, enrollment processing, screening for insurability, and other support services for employers of all sizes, according to Prudential, Newark, N.J.
The Enrollment Support Center services also will provide coverage statements for enrollees and provide technical support for users of Web and automated telephone-based enrollment systems.
