Joby Gruber, president of FSC Securities and Advantage Capital, two broker/dealers in the AIG Advisor Group, resigned following the disclosure that he had allowed a subordinate to take his 2007 firm element CE proficiency tests.

Diffendaffer previously served as executive VP of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Raymond James announced that Angela Biever joined the firm in the new position of chief administrative officer. She was most recently VP of Intel Capital.
