A new tool from Blue Frog Solutions, a technology solutions provider and business processing outsourcing firm, will make it possible for advisors to analyze and evaluate annuity 1035 exchanges and qualified plan replacements more easily.
The Annuity Replacement Evaluator, a hosted tool for advisors, uses advisor-entered contract data and carrier-provided new-product information to compare and print annuity replacement evaluations. Advisors can save the evaluation as a PDF file and print the documents for historical use. The comparisons and evaluations will also help advisors comply with FINRA Rule 2821 regarding exchange and replacement documentation.
