More Than 35 Financial Services Organizations Attend E-Z Data's 12th Annual Client Partner Conference

E-Z Data, Inc., concluded its 12th annual Client Partner Conference at the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., on Friday, March 7, 2008. With more than 70 clients representing 35 client organizations in attendance, the three-day event is a forum for users of E-Z Data's SmartOffice solution to come together to share success stories, learn about new integrations and innovations, network with industry peers, and generate ideas that can be applied to their businesses within the quickly evolving financial services industry.

Notable sessions at the conference included:

One of the largest life insurers in the United States detailed its successful transition from E-Z Data's Windows solution to its Web-based SmartOffice solution to deliver benefits to its internal sales force, internal life wholesalers, and retirement strategies group.

One of the worlds largest banks shared its success within its in-house insurance agency in the U.S. to utilize SmartOffice to provide a positive sales experience, as well as deliver seamless integration with bank systems and each bankers desktop, real-time state licensing validation and carrier appointments, and the bundling of current carrier forms for ease of access by agent.

One of the nations largest financial services distributors and a first adopter on E-Z Data's enterprise solution highlighted its growing project that now serves more than 900 system users averaging over 1,000 sessions per day.
One of the nations largest financial planning companies overviewed its technology and release strategies used to drive its successful 10,000+ user conversion and deployment of SmartOffice.

A panel of broker-dealers discussed how SmartOffice and other integrated applications are being used within their organizations to support Home Office operations and deliver excellent service to both their independent advisors and the advisors clients.

A panel of top producers presented SmartOffice usage scenarios within their own firms and discussed how the solution improves communication and loyalty among advisory firms and distributors.

A large brokerage general agency illustrated how it is leveraging SmartOffice to create measurable efficiencies across the enterprise.

E-Z Data's 2008 Customer Innovation Award was presented to one of the largest banks in the United States for its integration and innovative use of the SmartOffice solution to support its insurance agency home office and its field advisors.
