A health insurer is giving many members access to a Web-based health records system.
Aetna Inc., Hartford, says the CareEngine personal health record system now will be available to all Aetna Individual Advantage program members in all 24 states where the program is available.
The program and the health record system also are available in the District of Columbia, Aetna says.
When the program expands to other states, the PHR system will be a standard feature of those plans, the company says.
