CareGuide Inc. has hired Daniel Galdenzi to be senior vice president and chief information officer.
Galdenzi previously was an assistant vice president of information technology in an annuity application development operation at a unit of MetLife Inc., New York, according to CareGuide, Coral Springs, Fla.
Galdenzi has a bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University.

Kenyon, who previously was a partner at Goodwin Procter L.L.P., works with financial services companies.
He has a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Columbia University.
