Claimsnet.com Inc. has agreed to acquire most of the assets of Acceptius Inc.
Claimsnet.com, Dallas, sells electronic transaction services to the health care industry.
Acceptius, Dallas, which already has an alliance with Claimsnet.com, performs tasks such as repricing claims and converting paper claims into electronic claims.
Claimsnet.com is not saying how much it is paying for Acceptius but says the deal involves stock and a "minimal amount of cash."
The companies hope to complete the deal in early January 2008.
