UnitedHealth, Minnetonka, Minn., provides customer service and employee assistance programs along with health, wellness, dental, vision and life plans.
Sedgwick CMS, Memphis, Tenn., a unit of Fidelity National Financial Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., will provide absence management services, and administration of workers' compensation and disability claims.
