Orr also has worked as chief information officer of Universal Underwriters Group, Schaumburg, Ill., a unit of Zurich Financial Services Group, Zurich.
Orr has a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and a master's degree in business from the University of Virginia. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation.
