Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has started using the SAP for Insurance systems, including the SAP Incentive and Commission Management for Insurance application.
MassMutual, Springfield, Mass., is using the systems to consolidate compensation systems and speed up the process of paying the people who sell MassMutual products, according to SAP A.G., Walldorf, Germany.

- Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J., has updated Web-based account administration tools for group life and group disability customers.
One change will permit visitors to call up administrative reports with just 1 click, Prudential says.
