Elizabeth Krentzman Rejoins Deloitte & Touche

Elizabeth Krentzman, the former general counsel for the Investment Company Institute (ICI) has rejoined Deloitte & Touche's enterprise risk services and audit subsidiary, Deloitte & Touche LLP, as a partner and chief advisor to the investment management industry group's regulatory consulting practice. Krentzman's team works with investment advisors who run mutual funds, alternative investment vehicles, or separate accounts, and with their service providers and other intermediaries. The company also said Krentzman will serve as a strategic advisor to certain Deloitte clients, including what it called some of the largest asset management firms in the industry.

Prior to joining the ICI in 2004, Krentzman spent seven years at Deloitte as the leader of its investment management industry's regulatory consulting practice. From 1991 to 1997 she served at the SEC's Division of Investment Management.
