The Council for Affordable Health Insurance has updated its guide to state laws that interfere with insurers’ efforts to offer health savings account program.
The new guide shows that Ohio has enacted a law that provides for mandate-free high-deductible HSA plans, and that Rhode Island lawmakers are considering a bill that could create a similar bill, according to CAHI, Alexandria, Va.
