The National Association for Variable Annuities has published its 2006 Annuity Fact Book.
The latest edition includes more than 125 pages of data on fixed and variable annuities, according to NAVA, Reston, Va.
The 2006 fact book also includes more information about "living benefits," such as guaranteed minimum withdrawal benefits; data on U.S. consumers' retirement readiness; a comparison of mutual fund and VA expenses; and a discussion of longevity risk.
