A Midwestern insurer is adopting a new sales support system.
Conseco Insurance Group, a unit of Conseco Inc., Carmel, Ind., has licensed the NaviSys Front Office system for use in entering applications, underwriting applications, managing cases and handling new-business workflow, according to NaviSys Inc., Edison, N.J.
Conseco will start by using the system to handle specified disease products and Medicare supplement insurance products, and it also has an option to use the solution for life insurance and annuities.
