SHPS Inc., a benefit plan company, says it is setting up a CareWise health portal for users of health plan programs that incorporate personal health accounts.[@@]
The portal will offer health risk assessment tools, wellness guides, health record management and an "ask a doctor" feature, according to SHPS, Louisville, Ky.
SHPS also is getting into the market for "consumer-directed retiree health plans," by using strategies such as helping employers credit money to employees' retiree health reimbursement arrangement accounts.
