Perot Systems Corp. has completed previously announced plans to acquire Technical Management Inc. and its Transaction Applications Group unit for $65 million in cash.[@@]
Perot, Plano, Texas, a big technology company, might pay up to $18 million more for TAG, Lincoln, Neb., if TAG does well.
TAG sells back-office technology and processing services to life insurers, annuity issuers and health insurers.
TAG has 850 employees and more than 30 client insurers, Perot says.
