CareQuest Inc. is giving prospective students an incentive to sign up for its elder care certification courses by offering program participants access to a large, Web-based package of analytical tools and reference materials.[@@]

CareQuest, Neenah, Wis., says its NavGate Technologies and CareQuest University affiliates have introduced CareOptionsOnline, a Web service that provides features such as an interactive care planning tool and a resource database that includes more than 1 million items.

Advisors can use the care planning tool to develop a comprehensive care planning, CareQuest says.

A provider director included with the service offers quality information about many of the providers listed, CareQuest says.

CareQuest will start out by offering access to the service to students in its Certified Care Resource Specialist and Long Term Care Group Specialist programs and to graduates of those programs.
