Curian has hired Steven Young to be senior vice president in its asset management operation and chairman of its investment policy committee.
Curian also has hired Walt Czaicki to be a vice president for asset management and Mark Schoenbeck to be vice president of corporate development.
Young, who previously was head of investment strategy for the wealth and investment management group at Bank of America Corp., Charlotte, N.C., has a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation.
