Scottish Re Group has named Gregory Winn senior vice president, treasurer and chief investment officer.[@@]
In his newly created position, Winn will consolidate the management of Scottish Re's group-wide treasury, corporate finance and investment management functions, which were previously shared by several group executives.
Winn came to the Bermuda-based company from the One Beacon Insurance Group, where he has served as vice president and treasurer for 2 years.
Winn will report to Dean Miller, executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will succeed Thomas McAvity, who has been appointed to the newly created role of chief investment strategist.
