MetLife Inc. has promoted Steven L. Sheinheit to executive vice president.[@@]
Sheinheit will assume additional responsibilities to his existing duties as chief information officer for MetLife, New York. He will continue to report to senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer Catherine A. Rein.
Sheinheit had been senior vice president and chief information officer since January. His new duties include integrating the operations of Travelers Life and Annuity Company, which MetLife purchased this year from Citigroup Inc.
