GCG Financial Inc. is sponsoring a free, Web-based employee benefits cost survey for Chicago-area employers with 2 to 100 employees.[@@]
Owners and managers who participate in the informal survey will get a personalized benchmarking report, GCG says.
The participants will not be a random sample of small business owners. But executives at GCG note that the results may be more applicable than those for typical benefits cost benchmarking surveys, which typically draw on survey responses from large employers.
