MetLife Donates $500,000 To Community Colleges

The MetLife Foundation says it will be giving a total of $500,000 to 11 community colleges throughout the United States.[@@]

The grants will range from $35,000 to $50,000 and are supposed to help the colleges improve everyday operations, the foundation says.

The foundation is affiliated with MetLife Inc., New York.
