Hub International Ltd. has hired Thomas Mangan to be president of the employee benefits division in its Woodbury, N.Y., Northeastern regional office.[@@]
Mangan previously was an employee benefits practice leader for the South-Central region of Willis Group Holdings Ltd., New York, according to Hub, Chicago.
Mangan is a founding member of the Council of Employee Benefit Executives, an arm of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, Washington. He also is a former member of the CIAB board.
