Robert and Cindy Borden have been the owners of BeneTec, and Cindy Borden will continue to run the Rogers office, which now will become part of Brown & Brown's existing operation in Arkansas, according to Brown & Brown, Daytona Beach, Fla.
The Rogers office now will sell a wider range of insurance products and services, Brown & Brown says.
