BISYS Inc. named James W. Nolan as executive vice president of BISYS Fund Services.[@@]
Nolan has a bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary's College and joins BISYS, New York, from PFPC, a unit of the PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Philadelphia, where he was senior vice president and managing director for global business development.
BISYS Fund Services, Columbus, Ohio, provides administration and accounting, transfer agency and shareholder services, compliance and regulatory support, and marketing and distribution programs for mutual fund companies.
