AXA Distributors has hired James Bowman to be senior vice president and named him to be head of its new life division.[@@]
The division will market insurance products to broker general agents and broker-dealer firms, according to AXA Distributors, New York.
Bowman, who has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, previously was a senior vice president and chief agency officer at Transamerica Insurance and Investment Group, Los Angeles.
AXA Distributors is an affiliate of AXA S.A., Paris.
