CIGNA HealthCare has hired Dr. Michael Reardon to be national medical executive of sales.[@@]
Reardon, a medical doctor, will be the medical lead for CIGNA HealthCare's health plans in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York, according to CIGNA HealthCare, Bloomfield, Conn.
Reardon also will be responsible for the CIGNA Well Aware for Better Health program, a disease management program.
Reardon previously was national medical director for disease management and women's health at Aetna Inc., Hartford.
