The IIABA says the President is expected to speak on his agenda for reforming the Social Security system.
The conference runs April 20 to the 22. Other scheduled speakers include Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb. and House Chief Deputy Whip Eric Cantor, R-Va.
