A former Central Intelligence Agency employee will be taking over as a regional director in the San Francisco office of the Employee Benefits Security Administration.[@@]
The U.S. Department of Labor says Francis Clisham, who has been working as a regional director in EBSA's New York office, will be responsible for a team of 65 investigators in a region that includes a Seattle district office as well as the San Francisco regional office.
EBSA is the agency that enforces the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other federal laws and regulations that govern most commercial employers' health and pension plans.
