Weiss Ratings Inc., Jupiter, Fla., has hired Rudolph Martin to be director of research.[@@]
Martin, who previously was director of Internet technology at Lawyers Weekly in Boston, worked as a senior investment analyst at Fidelity Investments, Boston, from 1995 to 1997. Martin has a master's degree in finance from Northwestern University and also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation.
