A New York insurance giant has announced a pair of executive promotions.[@@]
The insurer, American International Group Inc., has promoted Michael Castelli to AIG chief administrative officer and elected him to be an AIG senior vice president.
Castelli has been AIG's comptroller since 2000.
To fill the comptroller position, AIG has named Steven Bensinger to be its new comptroller. AIG also has elected Bensinger to be an AIG senior vice president
Bensinger has been AIG's treasurer since 2002, and he will continue to hold that title, AIG says.
