Lincoln Awards Accenture Procurement Contract

Lincoln Financial Corp., Philadelphia, has agreed to put the Accenture Procurement Solutions unit of Accenture Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, in charge of its procurement activities for 5 years, Accenture says.
The value of the deal was not available, but Accenture says it will negotiate contracts with Lincoln suppliers, process orders, make payments, cope with travel expenses and manage relationships with suppliers.
