WellChoice Unit Adds Web Group Renewal Feature

Empire, a unit of WellChoice Inc., New York, is adding features that can assist with group renewals. Brokers now can see group renewal information online and submit group renewals through the Web.
Brokers also can get price quotes for health maintenance organization or point-of-service plans with employee members in more than one Empire region. In the past, the automated system could generate quotes only for single-region plans, Empire says.
