A Charlotte, N.C., technology company has introduced a system that can improve service for employees who are leaving 401(k) retirement plans.[@@]
The company, RolloverSystems Inc., has unveiled the RolloverHQ Retention Solution, a Web-based system that can identify rollover candidates.
Once an advisor reaches out to the rollover candidates, the candidates can use the Web site to fill out suitability questionnaires and complete the forms necessary to shift 401(k) plan assets into new individual retirement arrangements, RolloverSystems says.
RolloverSystems then handles the back-office processing, the company says.
