The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Brookfield, Wis., has rescheduled its 50th annual Employee Benefits Conference.[@@]

The foundation postponed the conference, which was supposed to take place in New Orleans Sept. 19-Sept. 22, because of the threat posed by Hurricane Ivan.

The foundation now hopes to hold the conference Nov. 30-Dec. 4 in the New Orleans.

Originally, the foundation expected the conference to attract 10,000 registrants, speakers, exhibitors and other guests. The conference is still on track to attract about 8,000 people, the foundation says.

More information is available from the foundation at (888) 334-3327, option 2.
