The Hackett Group, Atlanta, is conducting a financial services industry benchmarking study.[@@]

The consulting firm is looking for life insurers and other financial services companies that are willing to answer questions about business practices and issues such as consolidation, exchange rate volatility and the effects of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Hackett offers a "world-class" designation to companies that appear to be outperforming other companies in its performance database.
