Employers think managing employee benefits is a hassle.[@@]
Researchers at Eastbridge Consulting Group Inc., Avon, Conn., have published study results supporting that conclusion in a report based on interviews with employers and plan administrators.
The results suggest that employers will be demanding that insurers offer more useful products and better service, Eastbridge says.
Plan administrators said they would like to work with fewer, more responsive carriers, Eastbridge adds.
